• Standard member withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• VIP members receive withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Satsport. Violations will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Deliberately using multiple identities to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.

You may request account closure at any time. Contact our support team and the process will be completed within 24 hours. Please ensure all pending withdrawal requests are settled before closing your account.

Satsport reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:
